When you book through the form on our website or call our office, we collect the details we need to send a technician to the right place:

• Phone number
• Email address
• Service address
• Details about the problem or service you are asking about

Why we collect it

We use this information for three things:

• To schedule your service and dispatch a technician
• To send appointment updates by text message and email, such as when your technician is on the way
• To send invoices and receipts for completed work

Our scheduling software

Scheduling, text messages, email updates, and invoicing run through Housecall Pro, the field-service software we use to run the business. The information you submit through our booking form or chat is stored there so our office and technicians can see your appointment. Housecall Pro's own privacy practices apply to how they store and protect that data.

We do not sell your information

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the software and people we need to complete your job, such as our scheduling platform and the technician assigned to your visit.

Opting out of text messages

Appointment texts come from our scheduling system. To stop receiving them, reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed. You can also call or email us and we will turn them off for you. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
