Our promise

Good work builds credibility. Great work builds relationships.

We're not a call center. We talk to you like a neighbor, because most of the time you are one.

Trust is built, not given

One service call, one conversation, one solution at a time. We say what we mean and follow through every time.

Integrity without exception

Honest assessments and transparent options, even when the honest answer costs us the bigger job.

Trusted advisors, not salesmen

We explain the why behind every recommendation so you can decide with confidence. No scare tactics.

We own it when it goes wrong

If a repair we made fails, we come back and make it right — quickly, honestly, and at no charge.

Straight pricing

Here are your options, and here's what we'd recommend — and why

No scare tactics and no pressure to replace something that can be fixed. We post our diagnostic fee publicly, and it comes off the repair if you approve the work the same day.

If a system truly is at the end of its life, we'll show you the numbers behind that call — repair cost, remaining years, and what a replacement would run.

Chicagoland's Daikin Heat Pump Specialists

A heat pump is one system that does both jobs — it moves heat out of your house in July and pulls it in in January, so there's no separate furnace and AC to maintain. We install Daikin because their inverter compressors run at variable speed instead of slamming on and off: steadier temperatures, far less noise outside a bedroom window, and cold-climate models rated to keep producing heat well below zero. That last part matters here, where a January cold snap is the real test.

We're also close to Daikin's regional distribution network, which is the unglamorous reason our heat pump jobs move faster than most — parts and replacement equipment are usually days away, not weeks.

ComEd heat pump rebates up to ~$2,075 + a federal tax credit up to $2,000 — ask us how to qualify. We handle the paperwork either way.

Can a heat pump really heat my home in a Chicago winter?

Yes — cold-climate models are a different machine than the heat pumps people remember from the 90s. Daikin's cold-climate units keep producing usable heat well below zero, and we size every job to our actual design temperature, not a national average. If your house has a specific challenge, we'll tell you before you buy.

How is a heat pump different from my furnace and AC?

Your furnace makes heat by burning gas; your AC moves heat outside. A heat pump does the moving job in both directions, so one piece of equipment covers the whole year. No combustion means no flue, no gas line, and no carbon monoxide to worry about.

What's a dual-fuel/hybrid system?

A heat pump paired with a gas furnace as backup. The heat pump handles the mild months where it's cheapest to run, and the furnace takes over in a deep cold snap. It's often the right answer if you already have a newer furnace worth keeping.

How long does installation take?

Most replacements are a one-day job with a two-tech crew. Dual-fuel or a system that needs new electrical or ductwork changes can run into a second day — we tell you which one you are before we schedule.

How do I qualify for ComEd rebates and the federal tax credit?

ComEd offers up to ~$2,075 for heat pump installation, plus a federal tax credit up to $2,000. We handle all the paperwork — just ask us how to qualify for both.
